Shirakumo said hospital. Maybe he was brought back to life, or didn't die at all, and was altered in whatever hospital he was taken to? Nomus are humans. They have to be supplied from somewhere. Maybe there's a hospital working for All for one. AFO said something about wine. He said you have to tread on grapes to make wine and he wants to keep enjoying the taste. So, like....Is this man compounding quirks inside Nomus to take them for himself? I dunno.

You said you’re on a Clone Wars binge, what part are you up to, and have you seen it before? I do think that’s the same doctor, but I definitely don’t think him telling Midorya he doesn’t have a quirk was a lie. Great reaction as always.
