Narrative:

The Straw-hats fell into the trap set by Blackbeard. Luffy was defeated by Blackbeard and all the crews were captured. The injured Luffy is sent to Caesar Clown to be processed. To make sure that Luffy will never be able to stand up again, Caesar Clown cut off Luffy’s limbs with a chainsaw without administering any anesthetics. Then he began modifying Luffy’s body.
