Four years after Toshiki Kai went missing, his body was found hanging under a tree in a park near his home. A huge tree trunk is inserted into the anus of the body to secure its position.

The dead body of Kai was still discharging bodily fluid and blood from different outlets of the body. Toshiki Kai's body was amputated and apparently tortured for a long time before he died. Some sort of body modifications was done to the body and his nipples and anus are severely deformed. But his muscles are still toned, meaning that he was forced to have a lot of physical movements when he was still alive. An autopsy confirmed that a large amount of unknown chemical substances with highly aphrodisiac effect were found in his system.

No sign of Sendo Aichi was to be found in anywhere nearby.
