Prompt of the Month - An Alteration?

After giving it some thought, I've come to the conclusion that the way I structured the Prompt of the Month was... less than idea. Not only does it give me only two weeks to work in, in conjunction with anything else I might have, but assuming I reach the next stretch goal, it would leave me with only two weeks to find an illustrator AND get a cover done for it.
As such, I would like to ask what your opinion would be of changing the way the Prompt of the Month works. Rather than opening voting on the second week, prompts would be given throughout the month, voting is held in the LAST week, and then the prompt is written in the next month.
E.G, September's Prompt of the Month is decided in August, October's in September, and so forth.
I apologize for the sudden switch, it was entirely my fault, and I'll try to keep any alterations in the future to a minimum.
