Even in a lot of other Countrys, there were Circumstances where people need to wear a Armband or something similiar. ( In America People from Germany or Japan, even if there Ancestors came to North America a hundred Years ago) needed to wear a Armband in some Regions in the 1930s-1940s) The one who brought up this Idea in Germany in the 1930s was someone High from a Jewish Organization, a lot of Higher Ups in the German Council didnt liked this Idea, but somehow it was signed in the End. I would say, from what we saw, they have technology from the 1920s-1930s, a Zeppelin in the Air, a more modern Gun who are not like the ones they use inside the Walls ( they use Muskeet- like Guns that you need to load from the Front with GUnpowder and all) and they had electrical Megaphons above the Gate-Post.
