I love this story between ban and Elaine. It's tragically beautiful. It is so well written! I'm so excited to see more. ❤️

Ban can't really DIE, but as King has shown he can be petrified...or locked up in a prison (well, a better one than the Weird Fangs' ), can be burried alive, shot into the stars...well, taken out of action in general.
My vote: Get attached to the Ban-Elaine-ship, its relevant enough for the show to not instantly let go (not gonna say any more 😛 )

First, episode 12 of Steins;Gate and now episode 8 of Seven Deadly Sins. What are you trying to do to us?! Probably my favourite arc of the show is learning the backstory to Ban and Elaine.

I mean, when they state it's the Fountain of Eternal Life, they mean it LITERALLY. You literally CAN'T die.

Yeah that is kind of funny how it works with meliodas. The sin probably known for its temper can never really start a physical fight. With ban, I didn’t remember them saying that he’s been executed. Wow so he’s almost invincible. Now I’m wondering what exactly can kill him.

the thing about ban immortality is played in the story sort of a punishment, he's greed drove him to a place that can give him immortality and thus as "puneshment" he may never meed elain again, he is immortal not only by age but also in the form of something happening to his body (*note if you look back a few episodes you will note that they mention that he was executed many many times, so i would say is safe to assume that at some point they cut off his head but to no effect)
same thing abouth meliodas, the sin of wrath/anger special move is a counter, and in this ep it is revealed that he needs to be atacked in order to be able to use that ability, thus makeing the sin of wrath/anger unable to use that very powerfull ability to strike some1
the rest are up for you to discover since i don't want to spoil anithing, but you will be able to notice that in this show there is allways a link betwean there actions in the past, the title they recived as a result, and the powers they recived as a result
