Really excited to see you react to the next arc of this.. Season 3 is also incredibly good. I do recommend reading the novels as well, though. You can also find links to the fan translations on the subreddit.. Granted, It's also good to support the author if you have the money to purchase them but the fan translations are vastly superior to the official ones

2019-10-08 17:36:02 +0000 UTCThey skipped out on a part that'd show how Mare is back before they confronted Shalltear, Mare kills the adventurers that was accompanying Ainz to check on Shalltear and the adventurer thinks about Mare's behavior right before dying, noting that it (Mare's frightened and shy behavior) seemed more like an act that he had to put on which makes sense since thats how he was made to be as an NPC.

Basically, Ainz got multiple goals accomplished: 1) Gain control over the Lizardmen 2) Get Cocytus to show some initiative & think for himself 3) Get Crusch as an insider to keep watch over the Lizardmen 4) Got a valuable warrior back (who might even grow in power) + The possibility of ressurecting the other chiefs is still on the table; he can play it as a possible future reward for good performance to keep Zaryusu & their respective tribes in line. And don't choke Shalltear, she might be into it 😜

2019-10-08 02:03:17 +0000 UTCShalltear loves Ainz mostly because the guardians see him as their god, but also because she's a necrophiliac (She has almost every kink you can think of). She has a preference for clean corpses though, not rotting flesh. That's why Ainz's immaculate bleached white bones make him "The crystallization of beauty" as she put it in episode one. Aura and Mare are about 70 years old which does make them children in Elf years. You're going to love the next arc, looking forward to it.
