I would suggest after you finish this series that you get your hands on the light novels as they make this story 100x better. :)

The next 2 Episodes are really good and give lots of explaining.

In the book she was even thinking about seducing Mare with her charms. Even if he's only a boy, Hilma has a lot of skills with men. Mare is only shy among Nazaick members. Take it as she can sense the aura he gives off, why I cannot say but you will see... As for why they can beat Entoma, basically it's because of vermin bane, else no way they will beat her with normal spells as you saw. Also entoma is not created for front line battle but she can do alright against most people in this world.

The "demon god" Evileye referred to might be a player or NPC that came to this world a long time ago, just like Ainz. He may have similar bug features like Entoma.

Evileye manage to sense just how strong demiurge is and regarding the nature of origin of evileye. it will be explain soon i thinked. havent watched season 2 in quite awhile. If not i believe the others comment will cleared that up.
