From what i know, without reading the Manga or knowing much about the Manga, is that Toga is obsessed with people that are hurt or in pain or physically messed up, so she is kinda sadistic. She kinda fell in love with Deku when she saw him all beat up after the fight with Muscular. The Rappa that was with Twice was just a copy, since Twice can creat Copies of People with his quirk. If you remember the Zombie dude that fought against Eraserhead in the Training Camps also was only a mud copy from Twice as distraction. Man i would really like to she more of Toga, i would really love to see Toga switching Sides and becoming a Hero. I think that would be kinda interesing, especially because Uraraka likes Deku and Toga likes Deku too... although for different reasons. xD

2019-12-22 11:34:05 +0000 UTCYou don't have to feel guilty for giving feedback as a customer...if no one ever gives negative feedback they never know where there's still need for improvement; I personally prefer honesty from my friends/ colleagues over courtesy any time of the week, because if people only tell you what you want to hear their statements essentially lose any meaning... just stay polite and objective, then you have nothing to blame yourself for. On "Rappa" turning into mush: it probably was just a clone twice made from rappa with his quirk, just like the Toga-copy Rocklock smashed while the real Toga came up from behind and stabbed him; Rappa is a strong frontline-fighter, so it would be useful to have a copy of him around when you plan on facing enemies head-on in the near future.
