I think L is still suspicious of him because, as with Penber's death, Kira killed minor criminals - and that on short notice - during that time, which seemed odd before as well. So maybe he wonders if Kira HAD to take what he got in that time period & couldn't wait for serious criminals to be broadcast. But I like that L doesn't think that, just because HE didn't see anything, there's nothing to see; he knows he's fallible & might have been outmaneuvered. But that L might have played down his suspicion so it doesn't seep through to Light & alerts him is a good point, didn't think of that. ...also think that Light's cockyness will be his downfall, he just can't help but taunt the investigators XD

2020-05-17 09:33:40 +0000 UTCRegarding the cameras and blind spots, realistically even if there were blind spots, there wouldn't just be apples laying around there. They would be on the kitchen table or something which would be under surveillance. Light just made Ryuk look for them for him by fooling Ryuk into thinking he is looking for a blind spot to eat apples because Ryuk previously said he wouldn't help Light. In reality, Ryuk being invisible was perfect for looking for the cameras and he gave Light all the information he needed about his house being tapped without seeming suspicious.
