(Make sure to look them up on gigguk's channel; even though it's public, NGNL in 7 minutes is actually hard to find searching for it, and the reuploaded one from another channel is bad quality)

Also the movie begins 6000 years in the past, during the Great War, waaay before Sora and Shiro ^^

As Tanya Degurechaff would put it: Sora didn't only plan for his victory, but also for how to use it. :D For some reason what really warmed my heart in this episode was that, after Sora & Shiro explaining her their plans, Izunas grim, tense demeanor changed and became much more childlike in her behaviour and actually started smiling and laughing, like a child in her age should; the expectations & her previous fear of dooming her whole race if she looses a game must have been crushing for a child...

The "You must have one, right?" was referring to the fact that since her title is Shrine Priestess, she must logically have a deity to worship, and act as an intermediator to, as a Shrine Priestess. That's what the Mind Meld part refers to, establishing a psychic connection to the Priestess in question.
