if you have problems with your memory/concentration, Vitamin C (lemons, oranges, paprika) & B12 (Tuna, Herring) may help; someone in my family who had a Vitamin C deficiency had serious problems with their mood, memory, concentration, physical fitness (muscle pain) & was constantly tired; if your problems are pathological, maybe let a doctor take a blood sample & check if there's something off with your blood values (too high or low concentrations of X or Y) Well, if Meliodas becomes the Demon King, he will have access to his powers I think, like Zeldris when he borrowed it, so he could maybe use that to lift his father's half of the curse that was put on Elizabeth & him...just wonder if gaining that power will change him even more...
