I know this is a controversial opinion, but could you consider watching the 2003 full metal alchemist first? It's relatively easy to watch brotherhood after full metal alchemist for several reasons, but the reverse is not true. It's kind of sad for those of us in the minority who actually really like the original to see it always get skipped by reactors.

FMAB is waaay better than FMA. Hope she will replace Death Note with HxH. FMAB + HxH are two huuuge shows like Code Geass and Death Note now.

Sad HxH hasn't won, but I do hear FMAB is good (I've only seen FMA). Hope you do HxH after FMAB at least, as I'd love to see your reaction to it.

To be fair if she reacted to HxH before FMAB it will take more time from now to reach the end of it. FMAB fans would have to wait appoximately 3 years for her even start the series consideriing there are 148 episodes.

Dont understand why people are saying fmab would be better because its shorter. You do realize that if you decide to watch hxh after fmab, it will take even more time from now to reach the end of it. Hxh fans will have to wait for months for you to even start the series and then, depending on their favourite episode(s), wait even longer. Not to mention HxH would fit you better imo and didnt it win a poll a while back? Or am I tripping

Knowing your personality, you'll love HxH. The relationship between bam and kun in tower of god is very similar to that of gon and killua in hunterxhunter.
