Man, these episodes were a blast!
The moment when Sadaso broke his word I was just like: "Man, that was your first and only mistake! Killua's gona destroy you!" and I was not disappointed xD
And while I certainly get your point with Hisako having sex appeal nd being entertaining, I'm still team Killua :)

Just think of Ten as a forcefield or film around their bodies. Ren is just the act of increasing the amount of aura in the film/shroud. It seems to come out like a steam pot through the nodes.

Killua threatening Sadaso is one of my all time favourite moments in Hunter x Hunter. As are most moments where he lets out his assassin side.

I’ve heard this exact claim before many times online and assumed it was probably true. But having read my physical copy of the manga it doesn’t explicitly say anything about spending the night, he just asks her if she was free for the night and then asked her to join him for dinner just before she disappeared. I think he might’ve been hoping to seduce her but it’s not exactly clear. Unless there was some censorship in how they translated it...?!

Simple: Ten - contain your aura, hold it close to your body (when they were awakened it was leaking out uncontrollably), Ren - intentionally output a huge amount of aura. Ten is like putting a plug in the bath, Ren is like putting the taps on full blast :P (this analogy isn't the best but basically it's about containing vs outputting aura)

The wiki is great for nen explanation btw: https://hunterxhunter.fandom.com/wiki/Nen#Four_Major_Principles
If you stop scrolling at "Advanced Techniques" you won't see anything spoilery.

"Hisoka is not creepy." I have my doubts (though I think I get what you mean, he's certainly more entertaining than creepy)
And, fun fact, in the manga Hisoka asked the girl to spend the night (and not to join him for dinner).

From what I understand, you’re right about ten and ren, about the difference being in how you use them. Ten is building up and maintaining a shroud of aura, and ren is intensifying that aura even more to unleash it as a weapon. I don’t know if that’s 100% spot on, but I’m sure others will chime in as well.
