Hmmm, to be honest it never felt like that to me.... probably because Lan Fang always emitted more of a "loyalt-to-the-death servant" vibe and Ling to me never seemed to show "that kind" of interesst in her.
But this is not to say, that I wouldn't get behind it if it were to happen!

First off, I love your nails. Secondly, GreedLing is my favorite character in the whole show. And lastly, Operation A.C.S, mission failed. Just kidding, but you should watch 29 ACS or the beginning of 30 won't make any sense. Quality reaction as always.

Since he’s wrathful, I bet he’s also angry at the fact that humans are making what he considers a meaningless struggle.

I think Bradley is just amused by the few humans who are fighting back. Of course, in Bradley's eyes they are no match to the homunculi, nonetheless he think it's interesting to "test" humans and see them struggle before swiping them all out.

you missed the after credit scene this episode (Scar and Marcoh). Dr. Knox had done some messed up shit back in Ishval under military order. And he and his family drifted apart when he came back.

Actually Xing is a reference to the old imperial China; the emperor is the central controlling houses of nobility through having daughters from each house become his spouses and bare his children. It is not uncommon for emperors to have dozens of children representing different families behind them competing for the throne. In conclusion, Chang May and Yao Ling are half siblings.

So May isn't a princess in the same family as Ling. Shing is a country that has several houses of nobility, each fighting for control. Even though they're princes and princesses they're from different families and not necessarily related to the emperor. The different houses are fighting for control to preserve their clan's safety since noble houses are usually at war with each other.

Mustang x Hawkeye is a no brainer, but I ship Ling and Lan Fang just as hard

I love how unique this intro is; you're definitely right on how it literally is storytelling on its own. Look at the expressions of the characters; anger, confusion, despair, conviction especially the soldiers in the isvalan war
