Gajeel just needs a backup dancer and Lucy was the best option out of the 5. I'm certain if Levy had been competing he wouldn't have even thought about choosing Lucy lol. I hate seeing Lucy cry this episode but yeah, she had every right to feel how she did, her opponent cheated twice in a single match. Lucy may not have gotten the points but the winner of that fight was clear. Flare can talk all the crap she wants but they both know Lucy was going to wipe the floor with her.
