Like using the transition to throw you off? I wonder if it was the same thing that happened with nanachi, having someone that loves you unconditionally allow her to be kind of like nanachi? I thought the princess was standing on a robot, like that’s her weapon or maybe an artifact. I definitely don’t think the black goo is a hollow, definitely feels like something from the abyss. Like maybe works off emotion? The currency is made from the black goo, and the robot guy was saying even if you throw it away you’ll still have it. The black goo I’m assuming made the currency. I think she can control her body, otherwise she wouldn’t have left her spot to go steal the whistle.
