Chuck the otter doesn't normally have many issues with being a hyper- he's not really gotten the worst of it, it's mostly just that his 3 foot long dick outputs enough precum and cum to fill a community swimming pool or two each day even if he never gets aroused at all. Rather tame by average hyper standards! Most days, he can still lead an entirely ordinary life by just hooking up his compression clothes, those wonderful briefs hiding all his bulge and storing away his endless loads and muffling his gurgling balls. But last night, one of the most extreme hypers overloaded the compression network system- total disaster was averted, but 'minor' cases like Chuck have to be temporarily removed from the network until repairs can be completed, to minimize load (literally). Thus, it's back to Hyper Condoms- those outdated, awkward, messy, 3-inch-thick (before getting stretched by their contents, anyway) sheets of rubber from back in the old days. The kind that have to be carefully and quickly replaced throughout the day as they fill to their limit and start to become furniture/vehicle/room-sized weights to lug about, even if- like Chuck- there's never any time between shots to do so cleanly. It's gonna be an exhausting, gooey, long, long, _long_ day...
