After the episode. Most of the episode is people realising their sins. Maybe it was much needed for a peaceful future. Like the lady on the boat said “Why we must experience loss before we realise how to respect and value others without putting ourselves first” If people were to stop seeing everything as them vs us. That’s what I keep saying, there is a solution for people to come together. But all the solutions proposed in this show are just mass killing and a great divide. Either kill the whole Eldian or kill the whole non Eldian.

They don’t accept that people can value each other. It’s all reinforcing their view that people are haters and it’s not going to change. That is why I never accepted any of those solutions. I believe there is a way to come to respect and value each other. When watching globally the situation can be seem pretty fuck up but when you go close to the people we see that there are still many decent people that value each other. The solution has to put them forward and not just indiscriminately kill because you are Eldian or not Eldian. Annie and Falco. I'm lost about the dream and ability so I’ll let the anime tell me later. Or not. 😅 I’ll just dismissed it as confusing thing I don’t understand and move on 😂

So he will be unreachable. Right now everyone has done atrocity so at least they try to do what they can to save what is left. Isolating himself is not good for Eren. 😮💨 I think they have their answer in Eren world. There is no talking. He give them freedom because that is what he wanted, but there is no changing his mind.

We have to stop them vs us and become people helping each other. But ya I don’t know how to do that. I’m a bit like Annie here. It’s too much, I want to give up. And let go. I don’t think they can change Eren's mind. It’s just because they can’t accept it without trying. And they are set on convincing Eren. But for me it’s not possible. I also forgot Piek's name before they said it. 😂 Floch did surprise me. Hange is my favorite character 🥺 Not that it matters much but I’m glad they have a heaven. Like Tokyo Revenger. Taiju beats his sibling and keeps saying why must I kill my sibling and crying about it. I know it’s harsh for me to judge Eren like this but I can’t help myself. We need to start fresh but what has started fresh in paradise island isn’t great either with the Eren Loyalist.

I’m not saying that Eren's personality is not complex and his reasoning is not complex but his solution just ignores all the subtlety and ends up killing people outside Paradise so people inside can live. Bad people, good people, innocent evil doers. There are every type of people on both sides and everyone is on a spectrum, nobody pure good or pure evil. But no, if you are outside the island you die if inside you live regardless. You are right, hiding underground is a good idea. The kid that try to get the money while running away. People do things like that when they are in panic.

I’m just saying just look at the current Eldian society with the Eren loyalists in power. Does that seem to be a freedome base society? No, it's full of prejudices and abuse. The Eldian themself treat their own people that don’t have the same view as them like shit. So I cannot imagine his friends living happily ever after in this world. They would be executed as traitors. Great Eren You wanted to kill everyone to protect your friend from persecution. But guess what the Eren loyalists are persecuting them. Ok let start the episode 😅

2023-03-05 01:48:31 +0000 UTCGreat intro. Here are my thoughts before the episode. I think Eren set in his mind a black and white view of the society: it's them vs us and nothing will change it. The only solution is to kill them all. Then there is heavy confirmation bias. That means everything he see afterward confirms his belief. If he sees something that is not confirming his belief he dismisses it. Like you see normal people willing to help. Well just dismissed it as a fluke that doesn’t represent reality Them vs US. Then he isolates himself to protect his friend and becomes the villain. It makes his confirmation basis even worse since he has nobody to make him rethink.

For me the highest point in the story was the battle for trost, that whole battle and how it ended was amazing. There is just something sitting really bad with me that in the end it would have been better if zeke winning

Annie mentioned being made to swallow wmalot of weird things. In season 1 she was able to call titans but not able to control them like zeke. We also see her being able to harden like reiner. That's what Falco is referring to, I can't say any more but that's just what they were talking about
