I don't remember if it's been explained yet, but The 13 Court Gauard Squads are a military force. Yamamoto has no political power, he only controls the Gotei. So no he didn't move up the date, or decide Rukia punishment. He doesn't have that kind of power, he is only in charge of execution of the laws. Central 46, which Ukitake brought up, now they make the political decisions. Sorry I just couldn't take any more ignorant statements, hopefully that sets the record straight.

Its the same for any character who blindly throws blame, or is too quick to pass judgement. Its usually the OP characters on a power trip too. .... Im gonna stop talking now though... because.... 2023-03-11 19:10:20 +0000 UTCThe 'Charm' that you mentioned tying Ichigo's cloak together, is actually the Shihouin's family crest. Shihouin as in Yoruichi Shihouin (cat lady). If you look back at the instrument that Captain Ukitake (The adult white haired man) used to destroy the sokyoku it has the same crest :)

Some want to be reasonable, others want to cut them at the root and avoid all the trouble they might bring...and some like to cause the problems for their own agendas. Basically, that's what's going on in Soul Society at the moment, without really giving anything important away - you'll get some answers soon. I also love the way you're so not impressed with Genryusai (Head Captain Commander) lol.
