Prompt 2) A powerful, (magically-)huge-chested dragon wizard who thinks himself quite clever spots a much much bustier gnoll amateur spellcaster. In a fit of (surely very clever) jealous envy, he casts a curse on the gnoll's nigh-floor-grazing bust, that will cause the poor yeen to produce increasing volumes of milk any time they laugh. That will certainly show the upstart what happens to those who use Glamours to pretend they're bustier than the wizard! Sure, if the gnoll is _actually_ that busty instead of faking it with magic, it'll instead cause catastrophic bwoompfage when the gnoll starts giggling, but there's no way those breasts are _real._ Right?
