When they said "you are a disgrace for all mage" I thought that they steal the mana from their opponen. But then when Flamme met Frieren I realized that they just hide their mana which I don't find disgraceful at all. It is a good strategy.

2023-11-12 07:24:01 +0000 UTCOk I just checked the Manga and the anime is incredibly faithful to the manga. They don't skip anything the story is basically the same. I'm thoroughly impressed by the anime. They did an amazing job enhancing the manga. Reading the manga for major scene I keep telling myself wow they did an amazing job animating scene where static page just doesn't do it justice. The pacing the atmosphere everything is done right in the Anime. 👍

Well we saw her sleeping with a large beast so maybe she has some companionship along the way but nothing significant. It was great rewatching the reaction a 2nd time and the episode a 3rd time. That how good Frieren is Take Care 😋

When Flamme asks Frieren if she still loves magic, “Somewhat '' It's because Flamme has only been teaching her magic for revenge. And that is another reason why now Frieren is so obsessed with collecting “useless” magic. All the non attack magic 😁 Live in obscurity. That’s a 1000 years of dedication to beat the demon king. Aura thought Frieren was only 100 year old since she was never in the history before 80 years ago when the hero partied defeated the demon kings That such a boss move “Aura, kill yourself” then walks away. Not even watching the end.

Flamme when directly for a powerful killing blow No nonsense no going through multiple phases of powerup. 👍 The scale spell doesn’t need consent from the other parties. Aura just activated it whether the other wanted it or not. From the demon perspective it’s safe since they can see how much mana. they never think of Frieren concealing her mana all the time because it doesn't occur to them so they think it’s a safe spell. Frieren said she is impressed by how much detail the demon see in the Mana. Frieren is smooth because she spends all her life controlling it. Someone else less used to controlling mana will let it leak a bit sporadically.

Deal with them quickly and efficiently. “Nonsens Frieren always fight us directly” Demons for all their cunning only see surface level. They are oblivious to all the tick Frieren always pulling; they only see direct attack. I love that Fern went for the killing blow. Too often in other shows, characters left the enemies for dead only to have them come back.

Yes, it is unfair but Demons are not being fair so they should use every trick up their sleeve. It's a refreshing change from many shows where the hero tries to get a fair fight one on one. Fight ain't fair you fight to win. Especially here where you die or worse if you lose. One other thing is they don’t hesitate to kill. Demons have been killing hundreds of people and you spare them because you are the good guy. Like a few episode ago when they spared the child demon in the village flashback

2023-11-12 02:33:36 +0000 UTCI really liked what flamme said to frieren. "Just as demons deceive humankind with words, you must use your mana to deceive demons" basically gave the demons a taste of their own medicine. This was a great episode. Every single episode has been good. ✌️
