I mean MrSandJonin literally just sais her grandson she just said she wished to see was a member of the Akatski and the only one he knows of is Sasori so it'd be a logical conclusion if your paying attention even if H didnt say it

H-Man is also spoiling facts because he knows the future events. Ruff saying sasori was like a cyborg was a nice guess but H-Man explaining how he is controlling the puppet is explained later. The part where H-Man said sasori is the old lady’s grandson was not mentioning in the anime yet.
