As you mentioned, people would react to the world ending in different ways and apocalypse shows are just a great dive into how humanity works. Also, Ritsu is my exact type of Japanese man face... What I remember most about this show though... All the episodes dropped at once in Japan, but they dropped week to week in the rest of the world, so I binged the whole thing and then had to wait for the rest of the world to catch up. Almost went mad. lol Language note... When they say dying ni the library would be romantic, it is in the sense of the word Romaticism. I think a better English translation might be something like "bohemian". Culture note... Just for reference, Masumi says he is from Chiba, which is next to Tokyo. Since Tokyo has no space, most important Tokyo things are in Chiba. Like Tokyo Disneyland and the biggest airport, fr example. Ritsu is from Oita, which is on Kyuushu, the big island in the south, ie really far away. It's semi-relevant later on. I also love this end song. It is called Futatabi by HIROBA with Ai Otsuka, just in case you want to look it up. PS. There is a Thai BL with the premise you talk about, with the world ending and them falling in love in a few days. Have not watched, but I think it is called Till the World Ends.
