I guess Randi gave up on the idea of locking herself in the basement on the full moon nights. (I loved how Ian’s family just happened to have a cage with a chain attached to the wall downstairs. As one does.)

For example, one might have thought that Dr. Brenda Lee was the host while Randi was the guest...and it's actually the other way around! The pleasure Dr. Lee experiences while transforming in an undignified alley must be juxtaposed with the fear Randi experiences as she transforms within the privacy of her own home.
