okay where do i start 😅 first of all there's actually a large portion of the fandom that is very critical of this drama because of it's 'gay for pay' storyline (and some other stuff that happens later) since that is pretty much exactly what onlyoneof are being accused of doing, so we were afraid that it would just fuel all those queerbaiting allegations they get on the regular (them using the groups own songs, music videos and choreographies is also not helping bcs it just blurs the line between the drama and the stories onlyoneof tells in their own music but ig they really just had no budget (the 7 fans😭)) we all kinda wish they could have had their acting debut in a different drama, but sadly their company has a habit of doing the bare minimum and probably just accepted the first offer they got (also, their company is definitely not the driving force behind their effort to portray queer stories in their music so i'm not surprised that they don't care how playing in a drama like this could sabotage them but whatever💀) having said all that, if you can look past the stupid plot and low budget it's a fun little drama and really nice to see the members act, plus i guess it could open the possibility for other acting jobs in the future which would be really cool! the most important part to me personally is just that people don't watch this drama and let it take a way from all the other genuine queer representation they have given us and keep keep doing so despite the constant backlash (have you seen the new comeback teaser already?👀) anyways i'm really sorry for the long comment, i didn't mean to write this much but I'm just very passionate when it comes to onlyoneof😭 and thank you for the reaction and all the other content you put out, i love watching your videos😊
