2024-08-07 01:24:11 +0000 UTCI LOVE that you're watching this show oh my GOD. Everything about this show is insane and beautiful and just all around perfections. A lot of the actors in this show are "theater actors" which is perfect for the level of gothic horror melodrama required. Jacob Anderson as Louis is quite possibly my favorite thing about this whole show, he just has so much skill and emotion, he's BEAUTIFUL and just riveting to watch. Lestat definitely killed Lily because she was someone Louis was close to. Poor girl. You're right about Lestat being aggressive in his approach with Louis towards the end and I think it's just because 1. His love/obsession with Louis is so all encompassing he couldn't care less about how it would look or make him feel to approach him during Paul's funeral and 2. When Lestat has taken away Lily and Louis can no longer rely on his family, considering Lestat's negative relationship with religion, he was probably absolutely furious that Louis would go to the church instead of to him so he had to go there and fuck shit up himself and convince Louis to be with him 😭 Crazy ass man

When the actors speak, it sounds like poetry because the writing is that good. Louis is my daughter’s favorite, while Lestat is mine.
