Hello! I wanted to make a meditation focusing more on your sense of touch and hearing to reach your desired reality.

So I included self hypnosis to reach the void state, along with counting to help you reach your intended reality.

 -We sink down as we count

-We focus on the feeling of our fingers and hearing our desired reality

-Focus on your comfort character reaching out to touch your hand and seal the shift

This is wonderful! I always find heartbeat sound effects a little anxiety-producing though, so if you ever redo this sans heartbeat, please let me know!
