Leaving jokes aside, she is a very good sniper, so she uses the cape in order to camoflauge herself, not to mention that cape can adapt the colors of the envioroment where she is, something like Snake does in Metal Gear Solid 4, which is something very cool if you ask me xD
Uffff... doing all those refs was a challenge... but necesary at the same time, since i have learned a bunch of things about how doing sheets ^^
