April update

We just finished Week 1, so here is an update on what to expect next. 

Just because we finished Week 1 doesn't mean there won't be any improvements to events that happened that week. We'll keep polishing scenes, adding voice acting, and so on, but you can use your save to continue the story in week 2. We'll also be adding new events to week 1, but they will also be available in week 2.

What to expect in Week 2? 

Week 2 will start with the introduction of Nova and her team to show you who you'll be facing. Fighting against Nova will be the main objective of Act 1. We'll also show some new scenes with Virgil, revealing his short-term objectives and painting a picture of his current situation. However, we won't reveal his main goal or ambition just yet. We plan to slowly reveal his plan and back story over the course of the whole game.

Going back to Alex and his team, we plan to add more optional activities with the companions. You'll get the option to hang out with your favorite characters more often—go for a coffee, dinner, or just have another type of fun. 

Interrogations will be another addition. You will get to interrogate Amelia and Zoe, and depending on how well it goes, you will be able to learn additional information about your next target. 

Other than that, we'll have a solid dose of content for two characters who have received less content in the past: April and Oliver. Both of them will receive date events, and April will get a separate ASMR scene on top of that. 

There will also be scenes of Virgil x Amy and Virgil x Cole. Those won't be the scenes you voted on but will arrive in the next update. We decided it's a good idea to show the players their entanglement with Virgil first so the players who choose to interact with them know what they're signing up for.

Other things you can expect in the next update.

We'll add more sprite variants. We kept pushing it to a later date because our character designer was busy creating new characters for Act 1. Now that all Act 1 sprites are done, they have time to add new variants to all characters. However, we will reveal one more sprite later this month, which we are sure will be a super big surprise to all of you.

In addition, we will add animations, voice acting, and new variants to the scene with Emily that we added last month. Erika x Sarah will also receive full voice acting.

We'll also add some features and improvements, but it's still difficult to say which ones will be finished on time, so later this week, we'll publish a list of the features we're working on so you can see progress on each one.

The next content update will be released on the last weekend of the month. However, it's possible that, in the meantime, we'll release some patches, adding voice acting, bug fixes, and so on.
