Anyways, this character belongs to Proformic, and her name is... well "Rocket Girl", a normal girl that can turn into a cyborg thing that can turn into a rocket and fly VERY high... from what I understood.
And yes, I did used the color palette from the EVA-01 from Neon Genesis Evangelion, because I am a massive nerd -3-
Not very happy on how the background came out though...
