I guess you forgot but Patty-san was briefly introduced in the last set of lucky star you did. She works at Konata's job- the Haruhi cosplay cafe - she was playing Mikuru, and danced on stage with konata. Konata then introduced her and said they had released a CD together, and was an exchange student at their school. Maybe you didnt realise it was the same girl, because she was wearing massive, presumably clip on, twin tails then, to look like Mikuru. Edit- forgot to mention but Paty and Hiyori and the other new chrs have ALL always been in the OP. Never focused on individually but in the lineups.
