Upcoming changes to tiers

I will be making some changes to the tiers in the near future. These changes will take place after you have been charged, so you don't need to worry about paying any extra money. 

Patrons in the Standard Tier will remain in the new Standard Tier, and will receive the new bonuses free of extra charge in the first month. The month after, however, it will be $3 instead of $2. 

Patrons in the Grand Tier will be moved to the Enhanced Tier, but will keep the same benefits, now at a price of $6. Nothing is set in stone yet, but here's what I have planned the tiers to look like:


Basic Tier $1: 

• Gain full access to all Patreon updates, except for active polls. 
• My eternal gratitude!

Standard Tier $3: 

• All previous benefits. 
• Gain the ability to vote in content polls. The polls available when pledging to this tier are:
  - Story Polls. Once a month I will hold a poll for three of the new stories that I am planning on writing. The poll winner will be the next story that I release, always within a month of whenever the poll results are in. I might work on some of the other ideas regardless, but at a slower pace, making sure that the poll winner is my primary focus.
  - Chapter Polls. These polls will decide which story will be the next to receive another chapter. Like with the Story Poll, the chapter will be released within a month after the poll has ended.  
  - Fan Entry Polls, which will contain story ideas submitted by patrons who have pledged to the Grand Tier. This poll will only be held if there are at least two submitted entries. 

Enhanced Tier $6: 

• All previous benefits. 
• Your vote counts as two instead of one.
• Once every month you will be shown my entire list of story ideas and be allowed to vote for one of them to be included in the next Story Poll. In total, three stories will advance to the Story Poll.

Grand Tier $8: 

• All previous benefits. 
• Your vote counts as three instead of two. 
• Submit your own idea for a story that will be included in the next Fan Entry Poll which will be held once a month. The story idea that wins the poll will be written into a short story, at around 4000 words or so. 

If there is only one entry, it will automatically win the poll. 

Every story will be featured in a collection of stories rather than separate ones. 

The poll will feature every idea that has been submitted. This includes ideas that have lost previous polls, so you don't need to renew your pledge only to submit the same idea.

You can only make one entry each month, but you can still have several of your own ideas in the same poll if you pledge multiple times.

Elite Tier $15: 

• All previous benefits, aside from submitting entries to the Fan Entry Poll. Commissions and entries for short stories are mutually exclusive.
• Each $15 pledged in this tier will net you 1000 words towards a commission. You may choose to cash the words out at any point, but with a maximum of 10.000 words. 

The story will always slightly exceed the number of words you have netted, to ensure that you get your money’s worth.

Be sure to read the list of what I won’t write before pledging! I also recommend that you contact me in advance regarding any weird stuff your story might include.

Your commission draft can be as vague or specific as you want. Any details that you leave out will be filled in by me.

A commission will take at most two months to write.
