Something to remember with Mark, this is still relatively early in the story and Mark is still kinda new at things. The people beating him up are getting the spotlight since they're not minor characters and have been at this a lot longer than Mark. While Invincible does spoof a lot of things, Kirkman wanted a more realistic superhero comic, and Mark isn't going to power up by flexing, grunting and screaming like some shows, he's got to work at it. He has been improving, the show just doesn't focus as much on the stories where he's more than a match for the villain. (there are more of those stories in the comic, they might have been cut from the show due to time/budget, or they just got reorganized and haven't happened yet in the show)

2024-04-05 23:42:31 +0000 UTCNaissance just wiped the floor with invincible and he's supposed to be the strongest earth has to offer. On a other hand I'm surprised that we haven't seen Rae, since they made her survive I was hoping to see what they want to do with her.
