2024-06-11 02:23:12 +0000 UTCThis episode has the Code Geass version of the "Ballad of Fallen Angels" moment from Cowboy Bebop for me. C.C. pulling out a new ability to save Zero. The shock imagery for Suzaku. The visions of C.C.'s past. Suzaku and Kallen both see C.C. in Narita as well which I'm sure will have ramifications later on. The first time I watched the show I kind of forgot about the child mascaraing Cornelia did in Saitama for some reason and only remembered her rooting out terrorist sympathizers in her trap to bait out Zero. So, I found her to be a rather likable character. I think Junko Minagawa's voice acting was probably a big reason why for me. I am really looking forward to next episode tomorrow.
