Yeahh I figured he's less "I want to save Japan like a good boy" and more "I want to avenge Euphie and make Japan better the way she wanted". But it's just so fun to direct all of our frustrations onto him 😂

So he is now an extreme hypocrite to the ideals he used to spout but he also doesn't believe in those ideals anymore. (He also thinks Lelouch forced Euphy to massacre the japanese and then shot her so he's especially hateful towards Lelouch and sees no reason not to offer him up to further his goals)
