I love Hyoka!

^ I love it tons, and there is more to it than a regular slice of life- but I agree there isn't a ton to get into (talk about) after each ep- just a couple of main ones in most eps. But thats just the same as a show like k-on - or most eps of lucky star etc. Not all shows have to have great depth. Maybe they are just funny or give you a great warm feeling and make the world better etc.

The only character i like in that show is Nase, but they didn't do her character justice, lots of lost opportunity.

Agree. Sure there were some cool visuals, warm stories and, of course, yuri in it. But compare to Hyouka, it definitely lack of contents to discuss.

Although Violet Evergarden is undeniably really good, I feel like Hyouka would lead to more interesting discussions. As a side note, all the Houkago Tea Time members voice actresses are in this show.

my votes on Hyouka. I would love to see Tee's reaction to dragonmaid some day, but he was practically born to react to hyouka.

I love all the Kyoani shows, and I hope he could watch all of them if possible. But Hyouka need to win, it's a perfect show for him to watch and talk about.

I love seeing Hyouka in the poll, it's one of the few Kyoani shows that doesn't get that much love

He hasn't watch Tatami Galaxy, he should watch that first before go on to The night is short, walk on girl. They are not related, but they are. You know what I mean.

DM only being another series where there's the Yamada's hand on, and for being an awesome story about what is family.

if one day you are interested to do some anime movies i highly recommend: The night is short, walk on girl and Dragon dentist, both of which came out last year. The first one is produced by Masaaki Yuasa and scripted by Morimi Tomihiko (which both do amazingly in their field). The movie is very light and happy and just, easy to smile at. The dragon dentist is not popular in the west I think but in asia is kinda successful and I like it a lot also.
