This anime is a prime example of how to develop characters. Most anime rely on transforming a character to its opposite end of the spectrum and they call it development. Like from weak to strong, from shy to outgoing, from loner to popular. This anime does a much better job because it is a subtle development, but it nails what it is to grow up.

2020-04-20 16:19:15 +0000 UTCI'm surprised that this show got so many votes. I was in college or just graduated when this came out. I remember it as pretty generic for the time. I guess this might be one of those early nostalgic animes for younger people.
