One thing I never got is WHY didnt they make the target practice bit visually match the description? Going by her explanation of how to calculate distance, its clearly 250m away NOT 500! Assuming the target is the whole square thingy they are shooting at- which is as wide as the 4mil triangle- and is 1m wide like she said.

The shop owners gets money when things are destroyed reason why they are happy. So despite every school being japanse they all stand for certain countries and their archetype. Sank Gloria for example is the UK as they use britisch tanks and like to trink tea or have a high value of honor. Also the background music for each school are famous military music from each country they are based off. Please have a look out ofr the history club as their lines are always references to historic events Would watch in airing order.

Release order would be the best way to take to keep the show's pace constant. The OVAs can be watched afterwards. This show is also ridiculously packed with historical references and jokes, which adds a whole dimension of humour to it.

LOL you will see the full version of the dance in the OVA, which is about 2 mins. And also most OVA’s are short and fun, with some exceptions of the battle against the Italian team

As for the watch order, it's better if you just follow this based on when it was released. TV Series-->OVA 1 to 6-->Anzio OVA(OVA7)-->Der Film-->Der Film OVA-->Das Finale Part 1 & Part 2(still not finished since it's a six-part movie series that will take a long while to be finished). Also, I think you are mixing Mako and Yukari, Yukari is the tank otaku/loader while Mako is the sleepy one/driver.

^Yup- apparently the schools tend to adopt and model after a specific nation and use their tanks- to be clear they are all Japanese schools still though.. Only Oarai have a mix of nations tanks. p.s Darjeeling might be super upper class but she is a very friendly and nice girl :) So is the Saunders commander! And as for thinking the boat was Oarai- you are not far off- the boats have a home town that they are the school boat of- and theirs is the Oarai boat.. It seems each one has one school on it, the school being the boats main purpose.

Not sure how clear this was made in the episodes (haven't finished watching the video yet) but each of the opposing schools the Oarai girls compete against is representative of one of the major countries from WWII. Saint Gloriana, for example, is the British team.
