And also the goddess they play. Each of them matches to their characteristics, and the name of the goddess are the weakness of each girl they played

Oh one thing, just pay a bit more attention to the theme of every revue. It will show at the beginning of the revue. The theme is very important to the revue. The girls who act or perform more close to the theme, or have more glimmer about the theme, will take control or take the lead of the stage. And this is related to the characters of the girls too.

Wow, there’s so much going on in this episode. The symbolism of the paper plane hitting the statue was particularly interesting. Perhaps alluding to Karen’s naïveté facing the solid top star that is Tendou Maya. Her manipulation of the stage also reinforces her top star status.

I have an alternate reading of Maya's lines in this episode, though I don't know if they're any more correct than yours: she asks Karen what has she offered up in her efforts to try and be the top star, in contrast to Claudine who "made a sacrifice". This might be because Karen is trying to have her cake and eat it too, by wanting to be the top star together with Hikari. At the climax of the revue we get Claudine saying "I haven't lost!" and Maya's "Even alone, I am a star!". This might mean that unlike what Karen's trying to achieve, these two who clearly deeply respect each other on some level had to forgo having a friendly relationship because of the friction caused by having to compete, and to see Karen naively trying to do what she does is probably somewhat irritating.
