Also, you said something about one of the saint beasts sounding familiar, and I think you were talking about Suzaku, who is voiced by Jerry Jewell (whom I love cause he voices Kyo in Fruits Basket ♡). Yu Yu holds such a special place in my heart (and yes, I grew up with the dub, so I'm a little biased towards it), so I'm really glad you're reacting to it :)
