In some of the cuts at the scene where the "thing" asks Ginko why he must kill him, he looks straight at the camera as if he was talking directly to us, which, in my case, made me feel really horrified and conflicted. I know how dangerous they are and I completely understand that it's the best decision to eliminate them, but I am not entirely confident that I can just do that if I were in Ginko's position - and again it's not about the logic, it's just because they look like an innocent, helpless child that is looking straight into my eyes and saying "don't kill me". I'm gonna stop here, otherwise I would have a nightmare tonight of some green-haired kids silently standing in my room there, and there, and there, all staring at me.
