I'm glad y'all are liking this show, there are so many subtle nuances that are in the details that y'all picked up on that are intrinsic in real martial arts training - the final scene around the fire when they do the "battle dance" is called a Sayaw in the Filipino Martial Arts, which prepares those involved for battle and helps build the bond of the tribe, the brotherhood. This show is AMAZING in it's storytelling and it saddens me seeing the various criticism of it in the last couple weeks, it shows that there are people so out of touch with some of the most significant aspects of what it really means to be a family / tribe with others and the values that make it so formidable. Can't wait for your reactions to the next couple episodes. Peace.
