This is Amy Dallon aka Panacea from the web serial Worm. I haven't read it, but the requester says it's really good! Obviously, since it's a text medium, the character has no official character design, but I was given a fan design based on descriptions from the original work by the artist LinaLeeZ to use as a reference. I hope I did justice to the character!
