She couldn't help and no one was going to let her lift anything. What she did do was give orders to make her wife get her things for her and cuddle so she had to take regular breaks like a normal person. Catra wasn't complaining about being carried around when she complained her feet hurt but she was doing this for Adora's own good. Totally selfless.
