If you want to use the Sandevistan the same way David does you're gonna need the QianT Sandevistan Mk.4 which you can get from Fingerz and three legendary heatsink mods, the bluprints for which which you can get from the ripperdoc in Arroyo. The vanilla cooldown for this particular Sandy is 15 seconds, but with the three heatsinks it goes down to 2 seconds. Unfortunate downside for you Drew. Equipping ANY Sandy will take up the slot for your netrunner deck, depends on which way you want to play.
