trying to figure out a balance between hard inks/comic-y style and more atmospheric with that blur situation. i dont hate this!!
i saved some process shots of this that i'll put up in the Delinquent+ tier soon!
(ipad pro, clip studio paint, took about an hour-ish maybe)
