Making the most of Patreon
Added 2019-07-15 21:20:57 +0000 UTCHello, lovely patrons! I've had this Patreon for a little while now, but given the reception, I think I could be doing more for you all. That said, I am not a full-time artist; it's just not possible for the moment until I manage to hit that sweet $600 threshold. Because of that, I have to make sure I don't bite off more than I can chew.
I've come up with a few ways I can maximize my productivity and your enjoyment and listed them below. Please let me know what you think, or if you have any other ideas!
- Simpler pics to put out faster alongside my bigger ideas
This would allow me to create more content, at the cost of not every drawing being super elaborate. But hey, you're here for the damsels, not the backgrounds anyway, right? - Damsel Yearbook polls
You may be familiar with my Damsel Yearbook project. I intend to start polishing the sketches and run a monthly poll for one of the slots on the grid, so you get to decide who makes it on there. - Scheduled work in progress updates
I've posted some sketches of my latest drawing, but I'm going to start doing them at a set interval-- something like every ten days. That way, you know to expect an update on a regular basis. - Staggered variants
If I have something big planned with a lot of variants, I'll release them in batches instead of waiting until I have absolutely everything and putting it out all at once. Additionally, you will get the opportunity to suggest more variants in the comments, and I'll see if I can add them!
Does that sound good? Please let me know--I want to do my very best for you!
