REQUESTS and sims being released later today

Requests are monthly this means if you join on the 14th of April you get to submit your requests for April. If you renew your subscription your next requests will be on the 14th of May. This is 30 days which is a month. I hate to sound rude or make people sound ignorant but this is something that’s getting tiring of repeating. I DO NOT charge on the 1st of the month like some other creators. I feel like if you join the 8th you should not be charged again on the 1st that is unfair and not a month. I am at the point to eliminating requests all together and have them separate from the two tiers they at available on. I am not being mean or anything but please read each tier before joining. I have a lot of thinking to do on what I need to do to make this easier not just on me but to I guess be more clear about what each level consists of.
