It's much easier to make a model once and just change the pose for different scenes. As for tit size, there are multitudes of games out there already for watermelon lovers, but very few with real world sizes.

But I've noticed that that seems to be a common problem with 3D erotic games so maybe it's difficult to render them in more natural positions. I don't know? I'm clueless when it comes to 3D art.
